Cho Ku Rei (Level 1 Symbol)
The Cho Ku Rei is the power symbol of Reiki and students are traditionally attuned to its use at Level 1, although they do not fully enable its use until their Level 2 training. Its literal meaning is ‘power of the universe come to me now’. This symbol represents the flow of energy into the physical body, and with this in mind we have set a Peridot in the Centre to represent the Heart Chakra, through which all energy must pass in the physical body during the act of healing.
